We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our fast-paced government contract staffing efforts.  The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral role supporting the recruiting function and contributes to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the recruiting process. In partnership with the recruiting and program operations staff, this role will support company-wide recruiting efforts, professional and college event planning, as well as administrative data management and compliance related tasks. 

In the role of Recruiting Coordinator, your duties will include:

Assist in the coordination and administration of routine, TA transactionsSupport Recruiters with daily TA processesPerform Quality checks and audits on all requisitionsProvide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition RecruitersResponsible for data accuracy and reporting for all recruiting mattersGenerate reports related to work and provide regular, timely updates to the recruiters andCreate, update, and manage comprehensive documentation for all recruiting processes, ensuring clarity and consistency. This includes standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflow diagrams, and training materialsWork within Applicant Tracking System (Workday) to support administrative recruiting functions, track candidate status, and retrieve necessary dataSupports administrative function for social media activities, recruiting calendars, and various recruiting programsEnsures a positive, seamless recruiting process for all internal partners, stakeholders, and candidates.Ensures seamless end-to-end TA experience for candidatesTriage key issues that arise during the recruitment processDistributes requisite tools and templates to support the recruiting processUpdates all recruiting process and policy documentation as requestedOversee planning and logistics of recruiting events such as open houses and career fairsInitiates and monitors pre-hire diligence, including background checks and drug screensPerforms other assigned duties and responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent work experienceExperience working in an office settingExperience scheduling meetings through OutlookExperience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPointHistory of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance expectationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills

Preferred:

Previous experience in a recruiting environment with an emphasis on exceptional client servicePrevious experience managing OFCCP, AAP, EEO and other related compliance requirementsExperience with an applicant tracking system (Workday preferred)
