Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our challenging, fast-paced environment. The Coordinator position offers an opportunity to apply your knowledge and experience to attract the best talent available to support the design and creation of the most groundbreaking aerospace and defense technologies - those that exist today and those that will shape tomorrow. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be using your skills and expertise to support our enterprise-wide recruiting efforts. You'll be responsible for assisting with full-cycle recruiting, documenting, creating job requisitions, coordinating and scheduling candidate travel and interviews, and coordinating hiring events.
As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications.
**_A STRONG CANDIDATE HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED_**
**Responsibilities Include:**
+ Support Talent Acquisition Partners (TAPs) throughout the candidate selection and hiring process to include scheduling interviews, coordinating directly with candidates and hiring managers; and arranging candidate/new hire travel
+ Creating and editing job requisitions/postings
+ Create a positive candidate experience in by maintaining complete and accurate communication with candidates
+ Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
+ Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities and special projects (ex: managing swag inventory)
+ Represent SNC at career fairs and hiring events as needed
+ Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications You Must Have:**
+ A high school diploma and 0-2 years or more of relevant Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources experience
+ Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
+ Experience with Microsoft Office
+ Detail-oriented, precise, and highly organized
+ Solid customer service and communication skills
+ Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
+ Ability to successfully perform multiple tasks concurrently, with a strong ability to prioritize effectively
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
+ Wide degree of creativity and proactive problem-solving skills
**Qualifications We Prefer:**
+ Experience and ability to schedule and track large volumes of candidates for interviews
+ Experience creating and editing job requisitions
+ Experience generating and interpreting candidate and requisition reports
+ Prior experience with recruiting applicant tracking systems
+ Workday HRMS experience
+ Previous experience scheduling and managing events
