Job DescriptionProvides overall support in all functional areas of the Talent Acquisition department from scheduling interviews to onboarding candidates through post-employment offer activities. This includes assisting all personnel involved in the Talent Acquisition process with organizational and administrative tasks. The role requires accurate and timely execution of duties, with some independent judgment required.
ResponsibilitiesPartner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure an efficient, effective, and compliant staffing process, delivering a positive candidate experience.Schedule interviews by coordinating with candidates, managers, and interview teams.Arrange travel accommodations for candidates when required and process reimbursement requests.Initiate and guide candidates through the hiring process by ensuring applications, new hire paperwork, and I-9s are completed accurately and timely.Audit information handled during the process for accuracy, completion, and compliance.Conduct new hire orientation for applicable locations as assigned.Schedule and track drug tests and physicals for candidates.Coordinate any on-site files at the location, including historical I-9 originals and job/requisition files.Administer or assist with employment tests as needed.Essential SkillsTalent acquisitionRecruitmentATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)OnboardingHigh School Diploma or GEDSix years of experience in the field or in a related areaKnowledge of human resources recruiting policies and proceduresExperience and knowledge of all steps in the full life-cycle of recruitingAdditional Skills & QualificationsAssociate's degree in a related area preferredStrong customer-oriented taskmasterAble to create a warm, inviting, and welcoming environment for candidatesStrong verbal and written communication skillsTechnologically savvy, including proven knowledge of recruiting technologies, ATS, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)CollaborativeProven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fluid, fast-paced environmentWork Environment
This is currently a hybrid position for Columbus, OH and may return to the office onsite 5 days a week beginning June 1, 2025. The work hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.42 - $23.42/hr.
