The pay range for this position is between $26.38 - $30.33 per hour.

Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support the recruitment team by managing job postings, conducting compliance checks, and facilitating candidate outreach to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. You will actively contribute to recruitment marketing efforts, helping to attract top talent while maintaining a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams. With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, you will coordinate key hiring activities, track recruitment metrics, and assist in optimizing hiring strategies. Your role will be essential in streamlining processes and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the talent acquisition function.
Primary Duties
Job Posting & Compliance
Post job requisitions across various job boards and company career sites, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Conduct quality checks on job postings for consistency, branding, and adherence to company policies. Manage job posting campaigns, monitoring performance and making adjustments as needed. Candidate Engagement & Sourcing Support Monitor and manage the careers inbox, responding to candidate inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Assist in facilitating targeted email and text message campaigns to engage talent pools. Conduct research to identify diverse sourcing channels and compile talent lists for recruiter outreach.Interview Coordination & Administrative Support
Schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, ensuring seamless communication. Pull reports and track key recruitment metrics to support data-driven decision-making. Maintain accurate documentation of recruitment activities within the applicant tracking system (ATS).Special Projects & Process Improvement
Support various recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives as needed. Assist with diversity hiring strategies by identifying new outreach methods and partnerships. Collaborate with the talent acquisition team on process improvements and special projects.
