Our client, a leading research-driven firm, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their dynamic team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with HR and Recruiting teams, managing interview scheduling, candidate experience, and onboarding logistics. You'll be the go-to person for candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring process while working in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate interviews, track details in their applicant tracking system, and manage candidate communications.Ensure accurate new hire paperwork and onboarding documentation.Organize travel arrangements and assist with recruiting initiatives.Support employer branding and marketing strategies.Maintain data accuracy and manage administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

3+ years of administrative or TA coordination experience preferred in a fast paced settingStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.Experience with ATS/CRM tools (preferred but not required).Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
