In addition to highly competitive salaries, we offer a bonus program, 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase program; comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits, including a robust wellness program; paid time off for vacation, holidays, and sick days; and much more. **Expected salary range of $56,700 to $63,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive** **benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).** **PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION** This position works closely with our Talent Acquisition (TA) team and hiring managers to help us reach our most important goal: achieving excellence in hiring by providing a seamless candidate experience from beginning to end. This position requires self-motivation and initiative, ability to multi-task while meeting multiple tight deadlines, excellent organization skills, detail orientation, and the capacity to learn quickly. **PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES** + Candidate interview schedule management for the TA team (phone screen scheduling and on-site scheduling and logistics). Reconciliation of the department supply card for all candidate travel. Completes candidate reimbursement forms and processes in Passport. + Meeting candidates on site and ensuring prompt transition during the on-site interview process. If the candidate is off-site, duties include arranging interviews with site TA or Human Resources team and ensuring a POC on-site for candidate. + Coordination and administration of required testing and assessments including, but not limited to, EEI required testing. High volume or mass testing scheduling may be required for some Operating Companies (OpCo's). + Ongoing candidate communication efforts throughout the recruiting and on-boarding process. This includes offer letter preparation, start date coordination and first day letter with logistics of start. + Initiation and management of all background investigations. Partners with Security, new hires and Recruiters to address outstanding issues with background investigations. Provide timely updates to hiring managers on new hire's progress. Ensuring the drug screen is taken within the 30 day window. + Assist with scheduling and all logistics of some company-wide and most OpCo specific recruiting events/career fairs. + Coordinates and facilitates new hire orientation and completes I9 and e-Verify. + May be required to coordinate and facilitate summer intern program and conduct initial HR phone screens. + Accountability for ordering and maintaining all business unit specific recruiting materials and supplies. + General day-to-day administrative duties, and ongoing interaction with the Service Center and other OpCo, Corporate TA and TMOD teams as necessary. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** + High School diploma or equivalent. + 5 to 7 years of work experience. + Prior administrative support experience. Strong scheduling skills, particularly when juggling multiple busy calendars. + Exceptional communication skills, with a variety of audiences, both oral and written. + Very strong documentation and organizational skills, and excel at prioritizing when given multiple projects. + Experience in a fast-paced environment and balancing many different projects and timelines. + Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Experience working with an applicant tracking system. + Positive attitude and work well as part of a team. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business related field or Human Resources discipline preferred. + 5 to 7 years in the field of talent acquisition, preferably for a Recruiting / HR department.
