We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who is passionate about making a difference for our Home Office in Irvine!

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition team in all aspects of full-cycle recruitment from interview scheduling, managing the background process, processing workflows and ensuring overall compliance of the hiring process.

Qualifications: 

2+ years supporting HR or Talent Acquisition functions Analyze TA data to generate reports on KPIs, providing insights to optimize recruitment strategies Excellent follow-up skills with the ability to follow-through to completion Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to maintain professionalism while interacting with candidates and stakeholders Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse ATS), Human Resource Information Systems (UKG HRIS) and MS Office programs Very organized with the ability to work with a sense of urgency and prioritize and manage your time Detail oriented resulting in a high level of accuracy in your work Greenhouse ATS Experience required

What you'll be doing: 

Ensure the workflow within the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is monitored, administered, and adhered to effectively. Assist in administration and maintenance of ATS Provide administrative support to ensure requisitions are closed out correctly and meet critical compliance metrics Responsible for processing vendor invoices Partner with TA team and assist in reviewing and dispositioning applicants in Greenhouse ATS Craft and update job descriptions, interview guides, job postings, Indeed and LinkedIn sponsorships, and assist in drafting offer letters (with input from Talent Acquisition Director, HR leaders and other leadership team members) Schedule various meetings collaboratively with Talent Acquisition team members and hiring managers Submit and monitor pre-employment background check requests Complete ad-hoc reporting as requested Collaborate and lead special projects

Anticipated pay range$63,000—$68,000 USD
