The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in supporting enterprise-wide recruitment efforts, event coordination, and administrative functions within the Talent Acquisition team.
+ Coordinate new hire onboarding process including new hire paperwork and compliance, liaising with third-party background check providers, providing day one information and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.
+ Assist in managing recruitment marketing submissions, tracking hiring events, maintaining SharePoint pages, and responding to inquiries from the Recruitment Marketing Inbox.
+ Provide support for recruiter training, system access, and documentation for staffing agencies.
+ Support TA team meetings by managing agendas, documenting minutes, and ensuring timely follow-up.
+ Responsible for content management and updates for talent acquisition materials (i.e. recruitment guide, job aids etc.)
+ Provide overall administrative and project support for team projects and initiatives.
What you’ll need:
+ Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment/supporting a recruitment team.
+ Current HCM system experience (Workday) preferred.
+ Must have advanced MS Office skills.

+ Compensation: $53,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.
