**Talent Acquisition Coordinator**
**Location:** Mountainview, California
**Work Arrangement:** Remote- This position will support the Mountainview, California office remotely. Must be able to work Pacific Standard Time hours.
**Pay Rate:** $25.00/hr.-$30.00/hr.

**Position Overview**
We are looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Coordinator who can fully align with our vision and flawlessly assist in the recruiting process from candidate interviewing through pre-employment.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Schedule complex interviews ensuring excellent candidate care.
+ Manage scheduling conflicts and calendar changes from candidates and interview teams.
+ Educate Recruiters and other stakeholders on the best use of interview scheduling tools.
+ Provide outstanding candidate care; ensure timely and accurate feedback to all inquiries for Candidates, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and HR Partners.
+ Provide in-person candidate greeting and onsite interview support.
+ Support the onboarding process for new hires.
+ Monitor background checks and drug screens during the pre-employment stage, provide status updates, and handle escalations to ensure timely start dates.
+ Manage and maintain candidate trackers in alignment with the Applicant Tracking System and candidate pre-employment results.
+ Communicate any challenges throughout the recruiting, interviewing, and pre-employment process to the recruiting team.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
+ Ability to quickly learn new processes and recruiting technologies.
+ Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal.
+ Strong administrative and organizational skills.
+ Recently graduated from college with strong learning agility and customer service skills.
+ Degree required.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (particularly Workday) and background check vendor tools (like HireRight).
+ Previous experience supporting recruitment of technical roles in a fast-paced environment, particularly in big tech companies.
+ Minimum 2 years supporting recruiting activities in a Coordinator capacity (including complex interview scheduling and monitoring background checks with adjudication).
**Competitive Edge**
+ Degrees or certifications in a relevant field.
+ Experience with emerging recruiting technologies and innovative HR solutions.
+ Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach to problem-solving.
