WHAT WILL I BE DOING?Search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilising multiple resources (LinkedIn Recruiter, your own network, job boards, etc.).Recruit for high-volume roles across our stores, head office and distribution centre.Conduct telephone interviews and support with assessment centresGive constructive feedback to candidates ensuring that their experience is seamless and consistent from beginning to endPartner with the Retail teams to maintain effective recruitment processes - keeping an eye on time to hire without compromising on quality of talentAttract and engage passive candidates - build your own networkProactively identify talent challenges and creating impactful solutions to address themDrive exceptional candidate experience, constantly seeking ways to improve the processKeeping up-to-date with company policies and relevant employment lawCreate and maintain accurate job descriptions WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?Be a brand ambassador who promotes AllSaints as a great place to work, whilst reflecting the high standards required to work hereEnthusiastic, tenacious and determined to achieve resultsA natural ability in building and maintaining relationships within an ever changing environmentA passion and understanding of communicating through social media and talent attraction channels with an engaging toneTeam player who collaborates with and manages stakeholder relationships with a can do attitudePassionate with a keen interest in the fashion industryDigital savvy; can use digital tools to create content to attract and engage with future talentAbility to combine a creative and innovative approach with commercial ideas ABOUT THE LOCATION
