Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be working to bring in the best healthcare providers into our organization. You will assist the Recruiters with bringing qualified candidates through the employment process. This includes screening resumes, conducting phone screens, attending virtual hiring events, and other coordination tasks as they arise.

This role requires training in the Farmington office for the first few days, after which you will work remotely. The position operates Monday to Friday with flexible hours (e.g., 7-3, 8-4, 9-5, 10-6). Equipment will be provided.
