The Talent Acquisition Coordinator I works in collaboration with Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition Specialists and Candidates to ensure an efficient and compliant onboarding experience for all internal employees.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Serves as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator subject matter expertPerforms and certifies completion of all pre-employment checks and onboarding requirements for all hire typesEnsures timely submission and collection of all new hire paperworkProvides consistent and thorough communication with hiring managers and candidatesCollaborates and communicates effectively with Talent Acquisition SpecialistsPartners effectively with other departments to ensure an efficient hiring processCertifies an overall successful candidate onboarding experienceVerifies complete accuracy of all data entry responsibilitiesExhibits organization across all tasks and full ability to follow processesConsistently meets coordinating metricsProvides education as needed on onboarding processIdentifies process improvement initiatives and provides solutionsPerforms other duties as assigned and/or necessaryMinimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree preferredComputer proficiency, including MS Office, Internet, and emailMust be energetic, highly motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environmentMust be organized, detail-oriented, and able to efficiently handle multiple tasks at onceAbility to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills required; proficiency in the English language may be requiredCompensation Information:
