Robert Half is actively searching for a Talent Acquisition Director to become part of our client's team in the Greater Philadelphia area. This Talent Acquisition Director role involves crafting and executing broad talent acquisition strategies, overseeing our talent acquisition team, and streamlining recruitment processes to align with our company's goals. Playing a vital role in our client's operations, the incumbent will be critical in ensuring the attraction and retention of high-quality talent.
Responsibilities:
+ Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and values.
+ Lead, coach, and oversee the talent acquisition team, ensuring guidance and support for optimal performance.
+ Collaborate with senior leaders and department heads to comprehend staffing requirements and formulate effective recruitment strategies.
+ Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring top-tier talent across different roles.
+ Strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract a diverse pool of high-caliber candidates.
+ Apply data analytics to enhance recruitment procedures and boost hiring effectiveness.
+ Build robust relationships with external entities, such as recruitment firms, academic institutions, and professional groups.
+ Maintain adherence to all pertinent employment laws and standards.
+ Integrate and administer recruitment technologies to optimize operations.
+ Track and analyze key recruitment indicators to gauge success and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
Requirements
The ideal Talent Acquisition Director candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Other requirements for the Talent Acquisition Director position include and are not limited to:
+ 10+ years of experience specifically focused on Talent Acquisition.
+ 3+ years of management experience within the Talent Acquisition space.
+ Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies.
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
+ Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
+ Demonstrated experience in employer branding and talent marketing.
+ Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
