Talent Acquisition/Employee Relations Specialist Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Director of Human Relations, the Talent Acquisition/Employee Relation Specialist is reponsible for a dual role consisting of sourcing, attracting and interviewing professional, technical and support staff within the Primary & Specialty Care service lines. The Talent Acquisitions/Employee Relations Specialist is also responsible for facilitating employee relations and resolving human resource issues on behalf of TidalHealth Primary & Specialty Care. The position is responsible for prompt problem-solving, conducting internal investigations, advising on employee relations issues and recommending prompt problem resolution.
Talent Acquisition Specialist Position Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field is required. Certification (PHR, SPHR) preferred. Three years of Human Resources Generalist experience is preferred. Healthcare experience strongly desired Experience in employee relations/dispute resolution is preferred.Talent Acquisition Specialist Schedule
Generally day shift, Monday through Friday. Requires evening or weekend work to attend job fairs or conduct employee relations related activities.Talent Acquisition Specialist Benefits
At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
