Who you’ll be working with
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all staffing operations for the company, including managing candidate pipelines, reporting on candidate status, implementing innovative and proactive recruiting processes/practices, and hiring the highest-performing technical talent. This role will be 100% dedicated to the end-to-end recruitment life cycle. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter passionate about building teams.
What you’ll be doing
Provide hands-on, full-cycle recruiting support for critical, hard-to-fill technical positions Develop a talent acquisition strategy to attract, select, and close the highly qualified talent Develop a deep understanding of Codal’s culture, strategic direction, and competitors to build recruitment strategies for technical roles Own sourcing using standard and creative outlets to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads Create a personalized candidate experience that highlights Codals unique selling points Lead meetings with the hiring committee Stay "ahead of the curve" on emerging trends and the latest creative recruiting channels, particularly among Codal's competitors for talent in technology. Maintain data integrity practices and provide data-driven insights to business leaders to elevate and improve the recruiting process Maintain accurate pipeline data and share weekly metrics to highlight wins and concerns Build sustainable talent pipelines of top talent with a variety of resources and techniques Source, recruit, screen, interview, and recommend external and/or internal candidates for all level jobs, including entry-level, experienced professional/technical, support staff, and hourly, and people leaders Ensure the presentation of diverse candidate slates for consideration and encourage strategic approaches for incorporating diversity in the search process Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles Partner with leadership to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies to meet those needs Own the onboarding process to ensure each candidate is ready and excited to start Drive offer process, including generating and extending offers, and closing candidatesWhat you’ll need to be successful (Requirements)
3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience; experience in a growth company and fast-paced environments is a plus Experience recruiting for a variety of technical roles Experience closing competitive candidates with multiple offers Proven ability to implement sourcing strategies that build a representative and inclusive candidate pipeline Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to partner with and advise hiring managers on recruiting best practices Experience using recruiting metrics to identify problems, provide insights, and influence decisions A growth mindset and true flexibility.
