Valvoline has a rewarding opportunity as a Talent Acquisition Intern. In this role, you will support professional talent acquisition work involving sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding external candidates. This opportunity is ideal for students interested in gaining hands-on experience in recruiting, reporting, applicant tracking systems, candidate evaluation, screening, interview scheduling, video interviewing, working remotely as part of a team, building relationships and more. $17 - $22/hour
How You'll Make a Difference
Follow guidelines to post jobs and schedule interviews for candidatesProvide support to VIOC markets by interviewing potential candidatesComplete pre-employment screenings and documentation for new hiresLearn and become proficient with Valvoline’s Applicant Tracking SystemInteract extensively with our Talent Acquisition teams and HR team members to ensure hiring priorities are fully executed.Proactively source and screen talent via our database, social media, networking, referrals, and other channels while creating and implementing new sourcing strategies that build upon our talent pipeline.Exposure to Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)What You'll Need to Succeed
Must be actively pursuing a degree at a college or universityProficient in MS OfficeProficiency in various social media platformsKnowledge/experience with an applicant tracking system is preferredAbility to lift 5 lbs.Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
