Responsibilities Assist with sourcing and screening resumes of potential candidates. Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and experience. Support recruiters in coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Assist with maintaining and updating candidate databases and tracking systems. Participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
