We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent Acquisition Team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition IT Recruiter. Our TA team supports Marsh McLennan’s LAC businesses and is part of a global Team of recruiting professionals.
This position will play a key role in building our talent pipeline and talent capabilities for our IT Hub based in Mexico. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to drive the full life-cycle recruiting process, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Operating across diverse roles within the IT Hub Team, you will be a key player in our hiring strategy. We are seeking an individual who is not only highly engaged and takes pride in their work but also thrives in our startup environment. Independence and ownership are key facets of success in this role.
We will count on you to:
Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role.Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals.Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders.Foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture, which ensures delivery of an efficient, effective, quality driven services to internal hiring teamsFocus on process development & metrics/analytics - helping Impulse continually raise the recruiting bar.What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree highly preferred3-5 years' experience in full life cycle IT Recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring Senior Technical Positions.Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends across Mexico.Experience in sourcing through multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).Demonstrated ability to identify, source, and hire Senior-level and Niche IT Roles.Ability to build strong relationships with both managers and candidatesKnowledge of various recruiting tools such as applicant tracking systems, social media platforms, Boolean searches etc.Exceptional analytical and proactive skills.Exceptional skills to partner with internal stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service and maintain positive relationships with client contacts.Exceptional time management skills as well as a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with can-do attitude.Strong ability to communicate effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and Spanish.Ability to lead and influence at leadership levels.Possess a high level of ability to creatively problem solve.Capable of evaluating and changing priorities on an as-needed basisMust be able to perform efficiently within a high pressure, fast paced team environmentWhat makes you stand out:
