Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates for a variety of government contracts and corporate roles.• Proposal Staffing: Collaborate with proposal teams to develop staffing strategies for Request for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring alignment with customer requirements, labor categories, and compliance standards.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct talent market research to identify trends, competitive salary data, and industry best practices to enhance sourcing strategies.
• Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain a network of cleared and non-cleared candidates to meet current and future project needs, with a focus on hard-to-fill positions.
• Compliance: Ensure recruiting practices adhere to OFCCP, EEOC, and other federal compliance standards.
• Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers, HR, and business development teams to align recruitment strategies with company goals and contract requirements.
• Systems & Reporting: Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidates and generate recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Problem-Solving: Address complex hiring challenges, such as tight turnaround times for key personnel on proposals or niche skills in classified environments.
Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements
Experience working with diverse labor categories, clearance levels, and technical positions.
Proven ability to source and recruit in competitive talent markets.
Strong understanding of federal contracting requirements, including FAR/DFARS compliance.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
Clearance: Ability to obtain a security clearance if required.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of cost and pricing strategies for proposal submissions. Experience recruiting for contracts in areas such as IT, logistics, facilities, or healthcare. Familiarity with workforce planning and proposal development tools.Work Experience
Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience, including government contracting.
Education, Licenses and Certification
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
