Position Summary: 

The Talent Acquisition Leader, High Volume (HV) manages a team of High Volume Talent Acquisition Partners to recruit the best talent to support TireHub’s operational growth. The Talent Acquisition Leader, High Volume leads a team that focuses on non-exempt employee recruiting for TireHub’s Tire Logistic Centers (TLCs) across the nation. Consistency in communication, a desire to create a collaborative team environment, and a high level of curiosity and involvement in application are essential for this role to be successful.

This position will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

Role Specifics:

Leads a team of HV Talent Acquisition Partners (HVTAP) and owns the end-to-end recruiting process for non-exempt employees across 80+ TLCs nationwide to include:

Establishes, refines, measures leading and lagging indicators that measure TireHub’s High Volume recruiting health, effectiveness, and efficiency. Establishes and defines key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance goals for the team, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives Demonstrates strong leadership by setting high standards for performance and accountability. Inspires and motivates team members to achieve and exceed their goals Monitors and evaluates performance through regular tracking, analysis and reporting on performance vs. established metrics. Identifies areas for improvement and implements strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency Fosters accountability by creating an environment where team members are responsible for their performance Develops and mentors team by providing training, resources, and opportunities for growth. Fosters a culture of learning and development within the team Compliance with TireHub Processes: Ensures strict adherence to all company policies, procedures and guidelines Promotes a culture of compliance, integrity, and best-in-class hiring experience within the team. Reviews and updates team processes as needed to align with organizational standards and best practices. Effective Communication: Fosters clear, transparent and timely communication within the team and across department Serves as the primary point of contact for inter-departmental and external communications Regularly provides updates to leadership n team performance, project status, and key issues Utilization of Tools: Champions the use of company-approved tools and technologies to enhance productivity and collaboration. Ensures all team members are trained on and proficient with the required tools and software Continuously evaluates and recommends improvements to existing tools and identifies new tools that can drive efficiency Provides strategic input to sourcing strategies and the overall recruiting strategy and translates to direction for HV team. Collaborates with Director of Field Operations, Human Resources Leadership and Business Partners, and individual Hiring Managers to execute on the hourly hiring strategies, interviews, and onboarding experiences.  This includes ensuring that all open requisitions are properly assigned and activated to the individual hiring plans. Works closely with the Director of Field Operations to ensure targeted headcount is accurate by position in each TLC. Collaborates with HR Leadership to set and monitor progress toward turnover targets for Operations non-exempt TLC headcount by position, location and tenure. Manages the lifecycle of all assigned hourly candidates from screening to hire, as well as manages the oversight of the lifecycle of all hourly recruiting according to the individual hiring plans ensuring organizational targets and candidate experience metrics are met. Manages relationships contacts with advertising agencies. Remains current on changes to the legal requirements as it pertains to the recruiting and hiring, and collaborates with TireHub’s Legal Department to ensure processes are in compliance Works with Human Resource Leadership and teams in the development and execution of Hubber initiatives in support of business goals/objectives, including talent acquisition, onboarding, talent development, performance management, HR policies/processes, DE&I, and company culture. Informs and executes the overall vision, along with insights from the team, for the team/business and develops scalable strategies that capture the best talent and most diverse candidates at the lowest cost per hire. Develops and maintains relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Manages the analyses of reporting of performance via Key Performance Indicators such as fill rate, time to hire, quality of hire, candidate experience, etc Leads improvement projects both within the function and across function to impact a positive candidate experience. Also looks for opportunities for automation or process optimization with the usage of tools Leads, hires, and develops the right talent on the team and ensure the team is appropriately staffed during peak seasons. Engages with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination in achieving TireHub’s objectives Participates and maintains ongoing training requirements through in-class, in-person, or computer-based learning modules, as assigned. Must be able to comply with all TireHub policies and procedures. Completes other tasks assigned by their supervisor or another member of leadership.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary degree required 6+ years of Recruiting/HR experience in a high-volume environment, multi-state/site scope. 4+ years of leading a team of recruiters in a high-volume environment, multi-state/site scope.

Demonstrated ability to drive hiring in a high-volume environment Demonstrated commitment to compliance and ethical behaviors Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and change management experience is necessary to thrive in this busy environment Proven experience as Talent Acquisition Leader Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and engaging. Proficient in the use of social media, aggregators, and job boards (i.e., Appcast, Indeed, Zip Recruiter). Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles. Core knowledge of Federal and State laws regarding talent acquisition 

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (UKGPro preferred). Proficient in use and knowledge of Talkdesk. Detailed-oriented and able to perform in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated recruiting success in distribution, retail and/or warehousing Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Strategic thinking and organizational skills.

 Working Conditions:

Most of the time is spent sitting, constantly viewing monitors in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move around. There may be occasions to move or lift light articles. Must be able to work flexible hours during routinely critical times to support the department This position may require occasional travel This is a hybrid role is based out of TireHub's headquarters in Dunwoody, GA.
