Talent Acquisition Manager, Contract Logistics

Your Role Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition for the Americas region, we're looking for a collaborative and driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the strategy and execution for our warehouse recruitment activities across more than 50 locations in the US and Canada for both professional level and fulfillment and delivery roles. Your Responsibilities Partner with senior leadership to create and\r\n implement hiring strategies that cover a wide range of positions across our geographically dispersed sites across the United States and CanadaManage and work alongside a team of 5-7 recruiters to support hiring managers. Delegate and prioritize workload among team membersWork with the HRBP's, Talent Acquisition Specialists and business managers to ensure the fulfillment open positionsEnsure that National talent management and\r\n development initiatives are implemented, monitored, and measuredActively participate in all national HR\r\n management meetings and Talent Acquisition meetingsCollaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Management peers, on a national and regional levelManage relationships with relevant vendors\r\n and ensures KN needs are being metReview current processes and procedures and\r\n implement improvement initiativesDetermine and measures relevant KPI's and recruitment metrics for the teamGenerate and analyze relevant reports and\r\n data in order to develop actionable recommendationsStay up-to-date on US labor legislation and\r\n inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulationFrequent domestic travel by air or road; some international travel may be required Your Skills and Experiences Minimum of 5-7 years of recruiting experienceMinimum of 2 years’ experience as a people managerExperience with high-volume recruitment, preferably in freight forwarding or warehousing light manufacturing type environmentDemonstrated experience in managing a team and prioritizing workloadsExcellent communication and organizational skillsCreative mindset that will consistently challenge status quo and constantly push team to do the sameBasic project management skillsProficient Excel and analytical skills\r\nto produce reports on hiring analysesComfortable working flexible hours, as required Good Reasons to Join There has never been a better time to work in logistics.
