Overview: The Talent Acquisition Manager will have responsibility for strategy and execution for all of US Talent Acquisition including Early Career/University Recruiting. This role leads a team of high-performing recruiters, manages KPIs, and continues to refine processes—an opportunity to continue promoting our EVP, engaging with Employee Resource Groups, and driving innovation.
Role Responsibilities:
· You will be a strategic business partner working directly with business leaders and HR business partners to determine staffing needs, forecasts, and hiring plans
· Responsible for leading engagement strategies and employment brand initiatives
· Use market insights to track and analyze key performance metrics to influence data-driven decisions and share results and trends with stakeholders to determine the effectiveness of current and future strategy
· Deliver and expand our talent acquisition processes, tools, systems, and data analytics that enable efficiency within the Talent Acquisition team
· Develop and maintain a high-performance culture by providing leadership and guidance to a team of talent acquisition professionals
Minimum Qualifications:
· 7+ years of experience directly managing a team of recruiters
· 2+ years in Early Career/University recruiting
· Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies and managing KPIs
· 2+ years in manufacturing
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Workday recruiting experience
· Bachelor's degree

· Campus recruiting software (Handshake premium, Yello)
· LifeSciences sector
