The Princess (PCL) Talent Acquisition Manager leads a Talent Acquisition (TA) team dedicated to supporting and optimizing PCL shoreside hiring initiatives. This role will execute TA strategic initiatives leading to best-in-class recruitment campaigns, hiring processes, and hiring manager partnerships. Here’s a summary of what Princess is looking for in its TA Manager. Is this you? **Responsibilities** + Develop and oversee the implementation of an effective recruitment process, ensuring the process is consistent with core role competencies in compliance with the company’s service initiative and culture. + Ensure hiring processes are followed and data integrity is maintained, including onboarding and background check process. + Ensures proper utilization of TA systems, tools, processes, and partners, well as participating in continuous improvement of same to ensure best candidate experience. + Owns recruitment metrics to measure teams progress and successful hiring. + Demonstrates competence in necessary departmental software applications, i.e. Oracle + Consults with department heads to define needs of department and position. + Provides on-going reviews of current programs and practices to ensure efficiency. + Will recruit and interview for both sensitive and high-visibility positions. + Exhibits leadership skills by clearly defining goals, providing motivation and building trust with your team. + Works with team to establish their annual goals in alignment with corporate strategy and are consistent with role descriptions. + Demonstrates commitment to our Culture Essentials by demonstrating expected behaviors + Ensures Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. **Requirements** + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience + Minimum 5 years full lifecycle TA/recruiting experience + Minimum 2 years in senior TA Role recruiting for senior level roles + Minimum 5 years working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Oracle and Pinpoint preferred + Demonstrated success in driving TA initiatives that enhance business performance; strong business acumen required + Well-developed strategic short/long-term thinking capabilities with a focus on providing excellent customer service while demonstrating planning, organizational, collaboration, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and project management skills + Strong analytical and consulting skills, along with excellence in negotiation and execution + Demonstrated success leading a team and/or process and programs + Commitment to inclusion and removal of barriers to full participation + Experience working across cultures and geographies and recognizing inclusive viewpoints + Collaborative and trustworthy to gain support and achieve results + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired.
