Talent Acquisition Manager

We are looking for Talent Aquisiiton Manager AMP-E


Key Responsibilities:

•    Source candidates and build talent pools for strategically important roles. Invite them to register in the CRM, conduct screening discussions and facilitate informal introductions to business leaders, whenever possible. 
•    Stay in touch with pool members via the CRM with relevant company news.
•    Design recruitment marketing materials and launch campaigns from the CRM, targeting talent pool members
•    Act as a lead recruiter for BSC Belgrade. Build relationships with business leaders to understand the direction of the business / functions and talent needs. Manage life-cycle recruitment process for and ensure to get right talent for the right role. 
•    Act as subject matter expert and use best in class recruiting process, competency selection and behavioral based interviewing. Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
•    Maintain contacts with local agencies, universities, job fairs and chapters to network effectively in the community 
•    Use recruitment strategies via various sourcing techniques, technology, research and social media/search engine channels to atract talents (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
•    Work with Group TA to tailor employer branding and support AMPE HR Managers to build country pages in the career site contain engaging content, recruitment  branding campaging  
•    Represent the AMP-E business area in monthly Recruiter forums and provide input into the design of new tools and processes at a Group level
•    Reporting and analystics on regular and ad-hoc bases

 

Requirements:

•    University or Master’s degree in Psyhology or applicable discipline

•    3 - 5 years experiance as a talent aquisition professional 
•    Demonstrated experience using various CRM tools and solutions, recruitment & selection techniques,  internet search tools and social networking to find and attract top talent.
•    Ability to perform responsibilities with a high level of autonomy and independence •    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•    Courage and conviction to advocate your point of view with stakeholders
•    Result oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
•    Creative and focused on continuous improvement 
•    A friendly, positive and professional personality
