Description
A Robert Half client is in search of a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team in Chicago, Illinois. You will lead the recruitment efforts and contribute to building a high-performing team. This role will oversee the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering an excellent candidate experience. Salary range: $90k-$100K plus bonus. Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision ,401k, PTO and wellness reimbursement)

Responsibilities
+ Guide and support the recruitment team, ensuring continuous development and performance optimization.
+ Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to align hiring strategies with overall organizational objectives.
+ Design and execute talent acquisition strategies that address both immediate and future workforce needs.
+ Leverage data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and refine processes as needed.
+ Track recruitment team performance and ensure hiring goals are consistently achieved.
+ Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for diverse roles, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate journey.
+ Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring demands.
+ Manage job postings across platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and the company’s career site, optimizing visibility and reach.
+ Strengthen the company’s employer brand by enhancing its online presence on social media and job boards.
+ Build partnerships with universities, colleges, and local organizations to attract top talent.
+ Coordinate participation in career fairs, networking events, and other outreach initiatives.
+ Continuously improve recruitment practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
Requirements:
+ 6+ years' experience in Talent Aquisition 3 + years managing a team
+ Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on innovation and results.
+ Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and modern recruitment technologies.
+ Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
+ A creative approach to sourcing and engaging candidates, with a knack for building long-term talent relationships.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
+ Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders, providing strategic insights and guidance.
+ A data-driven mindset, with experience creating recruitment metrics and performance reports.
+ Thorough understanding of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
