Major Responsibilities/Activities:
This role will lead the talent acquisition strategy and activities for assigned Abbott China divisions / functional teams to ensure standardization of talent recruitment policies, procedures, practices, tools, & metrics, as well as deliver the hiring requirement from business. Major areas of responsibility include developing and executing the recruiting strategies and solutions to meet/exceed the business staffing requirements and diversity goals.
+ Ensure recruitment tools and processes are used appropriately and accurately according to global and local guidelines.
+ Conduct recruiting activities according to planning and make sure the recruitment process is fully implemented and followed
+ Be responsible for candidates sourcing, screening, phone interviews, recommending qualified candidates for further interviews and hiring manager interview arrangement
+ Manage a team with multiple onsite recruiters to provide hiring support to assigned business divisions and fulfill other TA task.
+ Make sure all the valuable information is properly filled and make monthly report to the supervisor in time
+ Offer delivery and pre-on boarding arrangement
+ Monitor the recruitment system and take corrective action when needed to improve data integrity; ensure all recruitment activities are on the right track in Workday;
Refine search strategy by collecting feedback from Line Managers on candidates presented
