Your new role:
We are delighted to be partnering with a prominent leader in the Shipping industry that has achieved remarkable success and substantial growth across the APAC region. It is a high energy team with strong collaborative culture. Reporting to the CHRO, you will support end-to-end Talent Acquisition – playing an active part in the recruitment process and build talent pipelines for the business. This person will lead a team, execute the recruitment strategy – manage full cycle of recruitment process including but not limited to job posting, pre-screening and facilitating interviews. You will be responsible for the implementation of all recruitment and branding activities, as well as various talent initiatives.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years' experience in similar role (inhouse experience is a must). Good to have – experience in shipping industry. Strong written and verbal communication. Manage and negotiate complex compensation packages. Maintains the utmost discretion with sensitive information. Based in Hong Kong. Benefits:
