The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for strategy and execution for EMEA Talent Acquisition. This role will be active in recruiting while leading a small team of recruiters. You will manages KPIs, and continue to refine processes and driving innovation. This role will work a hybrid schedule at our EMEA location in Leuven.

Role Responsibilities:

You will be a strategic business partner working directly with business leaders and HR business partners to determine staffing needs, forecasts, and hiring plans across countries in EMEA

Responsible for leading engagement strategies and employment brand initiatives

Use market insights to track and analyze key performance metrics to influence data-driven decisions and share results and trends with stakeholders to determine the effectiveness of current and future strategy

Deliver and expand our talent acquisition processes, tools, systems, and data analytics that enable efficiency within the Talent Acquisition team

Develop and maintain a high-performance culture by providing leadership and guidance to a team of talent acquisition professionals

Minimum Qualifications:

10+ years of recruitment experience

3+ years of experience managing a recruitment team

Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies and managing KPIs

1+ years in manufacturing 

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)

Prior experience recruiting within Workday

Experience with recruitment tools (LinkedIn)

Bachelor's degree

Proficient communication skills in English and Dutch, both written and verbal communication skills

Strong knowledge and awareness with Data Privacy and GDPR

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficient in French, both written and verbal communications

Experience recruiting for Life Sciences
