Job Description
The role is to be the overall TA partner to specific assigned requisitions, within Lumentum in Thailand. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Leader shall play an active role in engaging hiring managers with their staffing needs and directing the appropriate sourcing strategies for each requisition.
Major Responsibilities
Be responsible for the full cycle of recruitment process for assigned requisitionsFormulate sourcing strategies for each requisition and develop various sourcing channels, including agencies, job boards, industry referrals and cold callingManage recruitment agencies and partners for respective requisitionMeet with Hiring Managers to discuss recruitment needsNegotiate and administer offers to shortlist candidatesLead in job fairs and campus recruitment where necessaryParticipate in staffing-related programs in APACPerform other duties as assignedPerform HR operations-related matters if necessary.Follow Lumentum processes as requiredRequirements
Bachelor Degree or higher with at least 3 years of Talent acquisitions.Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar roleExperience with using recruitment applications like Workday is advantageousStrong communications (verbal and written) and interpersonal skillsFluency in both English and ThaiHands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methodsGood understanding of local employment lawsA self-leader and team player to partner the various internal departments and team membersStrategic-minded with the ability to under current issues and provide work-around solutions, thereby improving overall TA function in the region.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
