Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: Hybrid (onsite 3 days/week)

Our client, a midsize Boston-based law firm, is conducting a search for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruitment efforts for their administrative functions. This role will be responsible for leadership and operational oversight to the TA team, process improvement, employer branding, recruiting strategy, and more. The Talent Acquisition Manager will also manage, implement & enhance all stages of the full life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer extension, and onboarding.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree7+ years of full cycle recruitment experienceProven leadership and management abilitiesStrong communication and process management skills
