About the Role: The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead and enhance our recruitment processes, overseeing a dynamic team of Talent Advisors. This strategic leader will work closely with business leaders and the People & Culture team to ensure our hiring practices align with Curaleaf’s goals. The focus will be on attracting and retaining top talent while fostering a diverse and inclusive culture.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and Develop Team: Manage and mentor Talent Advisors, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Strategic Recruitment Leadership: Oversee full-cycle recruitment, focusing on attracting top talent, including C-level executives, for corporate roles. Build and Maintain Talent Pipelines: Utilize strategic sourcing methods and personal networks to create a robust pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Collaborate with Senior Leaders: Partner with hiring managers and People & Culture leaders to align recruitment strategies with company goals and business needs. Market Insights and Strategy: Provide guidance on compensation, trends, and metrics to optimize recruitment efforts and stay competitive. Enhance Onboarding and Retention: Work closely with People & Culture to ensure a seamless onboarding experience that supports long-term success. Continuous Process Improvement: Refine recruitment processes and workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and candidate experience. Promote Diversity and Inclusion: Implement recruitment strategies that attract a diverse range of candidates, including those with cannabis-related records. Data Integrity and Compliance: Maintain accurate, compliant, and reliable data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Track and Report Metrics: Analyze recruiting data to identify trends, assess effectiveness, and guide future recruitment strategies.What You’ll Bring:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years in corporate recruitment, with high-volume experience as a key asset. Leadership: Proven track record of mentoring teams and driving results. Ownership: Strong accountability for team performance and company impact. Process Development: Experience in creating processes and SOPs. ATS Proficiency: Familiar with ATS; Greenhouse experience is a plus. Employment Knowledge: Solid understanding of employment laws and practices. Communication: Strong communicator who inspires teams, candidates, and partners. Skills: Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and coaching skills. Multitasking: Skilled at managing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Talent Acquisition Expertise: Knowledge of recruiting strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter. Collaboration: Experience working with senior leadership and People & Culture.
