Description Our client, a highly regarded manufacturing company in Addison, IL, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with HR Generalist experience to drive recruitment strategies while supporting broader HR functions. This role will be instrumental in attracting top talent, streamlining hiring processes, and ensuring HR initiatives align with business goals. Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 + bonus. Recruiter: Tarryn de Kock Responsibilities + Lead full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing and corporate roles. + Partner with hiring managers to develop talent strategies and workforce planning. + Conduct interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and oversee onboarding. + Support HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. + Implement best practices in talent acquisition to enhance employer branding. + Assist with HR projects, including performance management and training initiatives. Requirements Qualifications:: + 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition and HR generalist functions. + Proven success in recruiting for both hourly and salaried positions. + Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and employment laws. + Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
