This is due to their major growth plan and this role will have recruiters reporting to them day to day. The TA Manager will work with leadership to determine hiring strategies for various markets. Duties will include updating job descriptions, posting on various job boards, planning job fairs, and networking with schools and businesses. The TA Manager will create strategies for new markets and work on company branding strategies as well. This Talent Acquisition Manager will pay up to 120K plus bonus for the right experience. Responsibilities: • Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring it is efficient and effective. • Collaborate with the leadership team to devise hiring strategies for different markets. • Update job descriptions as needed, ensuring they accurately reflect the requirements of each position. • Utilize various job boards for job postings to attract potential candidates. • Plan and execute job fairs to recruit talented individuals for various roles within the company. • Network with educational institutions and businesses to establish a talent pipeline. • Develop strategies for entering new markets, ensuring the company's talent needs are met. • Work on company branding strategies, promoting a positive image of the company to potential candidates. • Use the Applicant Track System to manage recruitment processes and maintain accurate records. • Conduct background checks as part of the recruitment process. • Coordinate events as part of the company's recruitment and brand marketing strategies. •• Utilize ADP related to recruitment processes. • Engage in full cycle recruiting, managing the recruitment process from start to finish for hourly employees. • Ensure effective communication throughout the recruitment process. • Develop and maintain brand messaging to promote the company's brand and attract potential candidates. Requirements • Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in a talent acquisition role or similar. • Proficient in using ADP - Financial Services for efficient management of payroll and other financial aspects. • Expertise in using Applicant Track System to streamline recruitment processes. • Ability to conduct comprehensive Background Checks to ensure the selection of trustworthy and reliable candidates. • Knowledge of Benefit Functions to provide a comprehensive understanding of employee benefits and compensation. • Exceptional Communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, team members, and stakeholders. • Experience in Coordinating Events, such as job fairs, to attract a diverse pool of potential candidates. • Demonstrated skills in Brand Marketing and Brand Messaging to promote the company as an attractive employer. • Proficiency in Full Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
