Talent Acquisition Manager
Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition Manager will help lead the team in supporting the Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) who is passionate about finding top talent while creating a delightful recruitment experience for candidates and leaders that will positively impact our patients and our community. The Talent Acquisition Manager will have a proven track record of building and sustaining high-performing teams that drive recruitment strategies both locally and regionally. The leader will constructively and positively motivate the team to identify, attract, and selecting talent based on experience and potential who will drive our organization forward to our mission of becoming a consumer centric wellness employer of choice. Primary Accountabilities 1. Provide the highest levels of service delivery and operational excellence to Health First leaders and executives to support their business goals, both short-term and long-term that align with the Talent Acquisition functional capabilities. 2. Develop and execute robust and comprehensive talent identification and attraction strategies that target both active and passive candidates. 3. Be able to hands-on mentor and cultivate the team to maximize performance while also achieving hiring goals that support hiring targets and planned initiatives. 4. Be adaptable to changing business needs, healthcare changes that can develop rapidly and changes in market conditions. 5. Ability to inspect and review screening and interview processes for accuracy, timeliness and experience that can be measured by data. 6. Collaborate with internal resources such as Compensation, Benefits, Onboarding and Payroll to name a few to achieve positive outcomes and ensure process is being followed. 7. Exercise strong data-driven decisions by analyzing ATS and CRM data points, just to name a few, to continuously improve and continuously iterate on the Talent Acquisition function. 8. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards throughout the hiring and onboarding process. 9. Write candidate summaries and able to communicate feedback in writing and verbally to senior and executive leadership. 10. Complete complex employment offers to be able to effectively communicate and gain candidate acceptance of offers by articulating win-win outcomes. Able to troubleshoot and overcome objections and declinations. 11. Consistently maintain high levels of data integrity and accuracy LEADERSHIP ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Define and communicate a clear, compelling vision for the team that effectively ties into the mission and vision of Health First, and inspirationally lead the team to achieve that vision. 2. Provide leadership, motivation, coaching, feedback and support to foster and strengthen growth and development of an effective, high performing team. 3. Lead change through effective communication, explaining the connection and value to the organization, creating stronger buy-in and urgency, while understanding impact to the team to obtain commitment. 4. Demonstrate openness to hearing diverse ideas and thoughts; create a sense of inclusivity; and encourage collaboration across teams to help break down silos to meet the team’s and organization’s goals. 5. Recruit, select, grow, and retain highly engaged, high performing diverse and inclusive associates. 6. Contribute to and support the strategic direction, and demonstrate financial acumen, for areas of responsibility and organization. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: ⦁ Education: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. Will consider 8 years of recruitment experience in lieu of Bachelors Degree. ⦁ License: None ⦁ Certification: None ⦁ Work Experience: 3 years Recruitment Leadership in a Healthcare, Hospital or Health Insurance industry ⦁ Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: ⦁ Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 including PowerBI, MS Forms, OneNote, MS Teams and SharePoint but also Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. ⦁ Leading a team size of 10 ⦁ Strong analytical abilities to analyze employee data, job requirements and organizational needs to match associates with suitable opportunities. ⦁ Experience sourcing proactively and on-demand to build talent pipelines ⦁ Must be able to be facilitate onsite meetings with leaders, aide with on-site interviews and attend recruitment events when possible. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: ⦁ Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field ⦁ Licensure: None ⦁ Certification: None ⦁ Work Experience: 8 years experience ⦁ Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: ⦁ Understanding of HR principles, practices and policies including knowledge of talent management, career development, employee relations and workforce planning. ⦁ Deep understanding of the healthcare industry including trends and regulations to help grasp the intricacies of different roles, their responsibilities and accurately qualify candidates.
