Talent Acquisition Manager

1. In coordination with the Director, the manager is responsible for development deployment of BH overall recruitment strategy for the Team they are overseeing. This includes job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, and comprehensive recruitment campaign planning across multiple platforms.
2. Drives Talent Acquisition projects and process improvements and system wide initiatives from inception to closeout with the team members, including management of temps/travelers. Manager works with key stakeholders on defining project, providing consultative support, and project management logistics including project plans.
3. Serve as a strategic leader to a Talent Acquisition team. Manage day to day operations within team, lead strategy sessions with department clients and consultants, provide sound data on practice trends in the workforce and offer strategic advice to BH customers, create alternate staffing models to decrease use of temps and travelers, and participate in compensation reviews of job families. Committed to implementing contemporary recruitment practices. Ensures team members understand their metrics, analyze data, and shares the results in a meaningful and impactful way as it relates to their performance. Ensure comprehensive training of new staff. Champions ATS to Talent Acquisition, participates and leads team training, system enhancements and utilization of systems for recruiting effeciency Lead with humility and support the team in being successful in the overall BH Recruitment Strategy.
4. In partnership with Talent Management and workforce planning, assist in developing and delivering internal mobility opportunities and workforce strategies, including acquisitions.
5. Personally manage a recruitment load of high level hard to fill and/or leadership positions.
6. Collects and analyzes reporting metrics, identifies trends and develops solutions to drive results and achieve Talent Acquisition organizational KPI’s (time to hire, voice of the customer, reduction of OT, agency usage, etc.).
7. Responsible for management of employee clearance to begin work; adherence to background check compliance standards and the FCRA .
