About the Role:
Develops, researches and identifies prospective talent providing a pipeline of qualified candidates. Acts as a strategic partner to hiring managers for job opening requirements. Defines, refines, executes and communicates search strategies. Acts as an expert in assigned regions, line of businesses, functions and technologies. Analyzes industry, product and geographical trends in talent. Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions. Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers. Documents and evaluates recruiting and candidate interview process. Negotiates and/or supports hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers. Specialize in technical recruiting and/or highly specialized executive searches. Manages tools, resources and technologies in identifying talent. Work with agencies, recruiting contractors and/or internet website representatives when conducting employment advertising campaigns. May develop, support and maintain college recruiting, affirmative action and career development programs. May also assist with the immigration process and administration as a liaison with immigration attorneys._
Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):Works closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and to define unique search parameters; provide market insights and talent analytics that support or guide unique recruitment strategies
Strategically identifies talent-rich recruitment grounds and tactically build pipelines of top talent
Works with leaders to identify critical skills and roles and builds pipeline for future needs
Closely manages applicant flow by reviewing, dispositioning and advancing applicant resumes in a timely manner
Develops and executes sourcing strategies, pre-screen candidates and deliver pre-qualified diverse candidates for hiring managers’ evaluation
Ensures recruitment efforts are conducted in a manner that is unbiased and compliant with all policies and legislation, in addition to following best practices for applicant tracking, interviewing and hiring
Interviews candidates and facilitate/participate in the selection decision process
Partners with hiring managers to identify roles of interview team, assign competencies/areas of focus using both technical and behavioral interviewing models
Grows existing network, foster new relationships and attend networking events to further identify talent for the organization
Provides weekly and ad hoc updates to Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers and business partners as needed
Participates in the selection of outside search partners, where necessary
Partners with HRBP’s, the compensation team and hiring managers to make recommendations on job offers, get necessary approvals and facilitate making the offer to candidates
Assists with the creation and enhancement of special programs and initiatives such as employee referral programs, brand recognition improvement, interviewer training, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Requirements:
BS/BA degree in Business, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience, training, or certifications and 6+ years of relevant experience with at least 2 years of which have been focused in the Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry OR
Master’s degree in related field and 4+ years of related experience
Broad understanding of the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industry
Experience delivering full cycle recruitment services
Experience working and negotiating with outside search partners
Experience working in a fast-paced organization
Proven track record of finding unique ways to source and attract qualified candidates
Expertise using social media and search tools such as LinkedIn; Experience using ATS systems required
Superior selection skills and a high level of proficiency in assessing individuals
Persuading, influencing, negotiating and consultation skills
Stakeholder management and relationship building skills
High business acumen with the ability to communicate effectively with leaders across the organization
Proven ability to cultivate successful relationships internally and externally
Results-driven with an ability to demonstrate/quantify success relative to established targets and metrics

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $115,000.00-$166,750.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 30% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
