The Talent Acquisition Manager is a member of the Talent Acquisition Team and reports directly to the HR Director. This position is responsible for creating, maintaining, and utilizing a pipeline of talent to support the growth of the company's objectives.\n
Essential Job Responsibilities:\n\nConduct nationwide full-cycle recruitment with a primary focus on highly visible and exempt level positions. Spearhead talent acquisition efforts for new client sites. Able to make hiring determinations based on background check requirements.\nPartner with HR leadership to develop and implement recruitment strategy. Maintain and analyze effectiveness of talent acquisition software and resources; recommend new tools as needed.\nAdvise, mentor, and provide training to Talent Acquisition Team in recruitment efforts.\nLead weekly recruiting meetings. Create and distribute vacancy reports based on open position metrics.\nDevelop new job descriptions as needed. Audit existing JDs for content in an effort to ensure accurate job responsibilities, requirements, and FLSA classifications are listed.\nProduce compensation benchmarks based on market-data. Audit and analyze internal compensation practices in relation to relevant regulations.\nAssist with onboarding and orientation initiatives for all newly hired personnel.\nPerform other related duties as required and assigned.\n\n
Requirements:\n\nBS in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or other business-related concentration.\nMinimum of 5 years of related HR, Recruiting, or Customer Service experience.\nMinimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience preferred.\nSHRM-CP\/SHRM-SCP certified preferred.\nProficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nWell-organized, with strong attention to detail.\nAbility to prioritize work and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.\n
