Job Summary
In is role you will lead a team of full life cycle Recruiters across various business lines and deliver best in class talent for critical business needs. In partnership with Talent Acquisition leadership and Workforce Planning, the Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for evaluating key performance indicators and executing Talent Acquisition strategies for the district. The Talent Acquisition Manager will manage full life cycle recruiting as well as oversee the recruiting process, from source to hire. The Talent Acquisition Manager will act as a trusted advisor and serve as a subject matter expert for Recruiters, HR Coordinators, and Hiring Managers by seeking to understand the talent needs and provide consultation on process and market insights. Responsible for continuously improving the recruitment process to meet growing needs of the organization. Strong analytical, problem-solving and operational execution skills with a high degree of attention to detail and process is a must. Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication, with the ability to clearly explain complex issues to a range of audiences. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment dynamic environment and think creatively. Must be a team player with strong leadership qualities. In addition, must be familiar with labor laws and regulations related to hiring and recruitment, as well as experience being tech savvy using recruiting tools and techniques.
Minimum QualificationsMinimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related discipline.
Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years of progressive Talent Acquisition work experience in healthcare required.
