Talent Acquisition Officer
Role overview:
Conduct thorough job analysis and skills gap assessments to identify key competencies and qualifications required for each position. Use various sourcing channels (social media, professional networks, internal recruitment platform (Breezy), LinkedIn, Pnet, recruitment agencies etc), referrals, etc. to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates Review CVs to assess candidate qualifications, experience and match them with job requirements. Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely and efficient candidate engagement. Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidate performance and suitability based on established selection criteria Facilitate job offer negotiations, working closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks (MIE), assessments (PI), and reference checks Prepare on boarding pack for new hires  
Experience and Qualifications:
Matric Certificate Relevant Human Resources / Talent Acquisition qualification At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role Excellent communicator with a sense of urgency to reach deadlines
