SummaryRNDC is seeking an energetic, collaborative, and professional Talent Acquisition Onboarding Coordinator to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. The Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the transition of candidates from the early stages of recruitment to the initiation of onboarding tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for prospective new hires. The Onboarding Coordinator will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and HR leaders to ensure compliance and administrative steps are completed efficiently and accurately.
In this role, you will Manage all pre-boarding tasks in MyHR (Applicant Tracking System), including Worker Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) initiation, offer details, offer letters, pre-employment screenings (via First Advantage and Concentra), and onboarding initiation. Ensure timely completion of all recruiting tasks by candidates to maintain the flow of the hiring process. Maintain a seamless pre-boarding experience for new hires, ensuring clear communication and a smooth transition to the onboarding phase. Perform requisition clean-up, including dispositioning non-selected candidates and ensuring they are properly notified. Own and update the regional hiring tracker to provide accurate, shareable data for reporting purposes. Manage communications with candidates, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to ensure a smooth handoff to the onboarding process. Serve as the primary contact for candidates during the pre-employment phase, assisting with offer details, pre-employment screening, and readiness tasks. Collaborate with the Corporate Talent Acquisition team to address recruitment challenges and enhance the employer brand. Analyze talent acquisition metrics, contributing to retention and candidate experience strategies. Ensure all pre-boarding and hiring activities comply with legal requirements and company policies. What you bring to RNDC One to three years of experience in an HR-related function or administrative assistant role, with recruiting administration experience preferred. Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for helping others. Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Compensation
This compensation information is a good faith estimate and provided in accordance with California's state law. Similar positions located outside of this jurisdiction may not necessarily receive the same compensation. The salary generally starts at $23 up to $26 per hour and is based on a combination of skills and experience.
