Parsons is looking for an extraordinary Talent Acquisition Operations Administrator to join our TA Operations team! In this role, you will be instrumental in the support of talent acquisition operations and core programs across the enterprise. This position reports to the Talent Acquisition Business Operations Manager and is a hybrid opportunity based in Centreville, Virginia.

What You'll Be Doing:

Provides support cross-functionally to talent acquisition teams in support of talent acquisition process and programs

Provide high-touch support for the executive recruiters as it relates to the interviewing process, onboarding and logistics to ensure a positive interview experience

Provide scheduling and travel support for executive interviews

Responsible for processing and overseeing transactions for expenses and invoices across the Talent Acquisition organization

Supports preparation for meetings, presentations, maintains records for meeting minutes, notes and timelines for deliverables on projects, reports, events and briefings

Assists with documentation of enterprise talent acquisition processes, programs, and training guides

Coordinates the monthly TA trainings in conjunction with the overall HR training calendar

Owns the TA Resource Inventory located in our Centreville office that houses TA resources

Global Career Event/Conference process logistics administrator

Internal mobility administrator work

Team member on special projects in support of talent acquisition initiatives

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

1+ year of professional experience (Talent Acquisition/HR experience preferred)

High level of integrity and confidentiality in support of the global talent acquisition team

Experience with ATS and related systems, with a preference for experience with Workday

Strong communication (oral/written) experience with all levels of an organization

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)

Must be agile and enjoys operating in a fast-paced, changing environment

Education: High School diploma or GED (Bachelor's Degree highly preferred)

Salary Range: 

$21.44 - $37.55
