We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to help us attract and acquire key talent for our rapidly growing philanthropic community. The Stand Together community works with some of the country's boldest and most innovative social changemakers to remove barriers that block people from achieving their potential. Our Talent Acquisition team supports the entire Stand Together community in finding and engaging with exceptional talent, talent that will help us meet our business goals and drive change where people need it most. As the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, you’ll partner with our executive teams, hiring managers, and talent acquisition teams to bring operational rigor to all or our talent processes and provide a stellar experience to candidates. You will lead a team of talent coordinators to improve and develop new programs, establish processes that allow us to scale, and evaluate systems and tools to ensure we have the right applications in place.Your Responsibilities IncludeManage and develop our team of recruiting coordinators, ensuring our scheduling processes provide a seamless experience for candidates and interviewersElevate the recruiting experience by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation of our talent acquisition systems, processes and toolsDevelop strong partnerships with a variety of internal stakeholders and end users to better understand their needs and how they can be fulfilled or improved through operational excellenceManage our ATS (Lever) and other talent acquisition platforms, ensuring effective processes are in place and data hygiene across all of our toolsProvide recruiting technology support to the talent acquisition teamEnsure all Talent Acquisition processes and frameworks are documented and communicated to the teamManage recurring KPI reporting and deliver ad hoc reports and access to Talent Acquisition metrics based on business requirements to improve decision making
