POSITION SUMMARY:

This position will support the recruitment strategy for the HUB Mountain States region (Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming) and will need to be located in a city within the region where we have a HUB office with flexibility for a hybrid work from home schedule.

The Regional Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) will act as a strategic, full lifecycle recruiting business partner; balancing talent acquisition responsibilities and heavy sourcing with onboarding duties, data tracking, workforce planning, and additional tasks as assigned to support the HUB Mountain States region. The TAP must be adept at proactively building pipelines of qualified candidates and a fearless pursuer of passive candidates via networking and cold calling.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Heavy sourcing of passive insurance candidates through networking, cold-calling, and utilizing a variety of databases: internal HRIS system (Workday), CRM (Phenom), Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, social media, and other online databasesConduct candidate phone screens, provide feedback, schedule interviews, review assessment results, collaborate with team on hiring recommendations, assist with offer, onboarding, and monitoring background check resultsSuccessfully build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for current and future job requisitionsBuild strong relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and business partner providing consultative recruitment services to guide the talent strategy alongside the regional HR Leaders, Regional President, and hiring managersSource candidates for sales, account management, administrative, customer service, and other positions of varying experience levels in InsuranceManage recruitment process, track and onboard candidates through Workday and Excel to ensure compliance, adherence to corporate protocol, and the proper measurement of recruiting tacticsDevelop professional relationships with industry groups, universities and civic organizations for candidate sourcing, internship partnership, and a heavy focus on diversity outreachTrack and monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and overall strategy, making adjustments to consistently deliver expected results and client satisfactionSuccessfully manage multiple competing priorities and simultaneous requisitions with aggressive timelinesAssist with the management and entry of tasks within the human capital management system (Workday) such as position creation, promotions, and other related transactions as may be assignedInvolvement in strategic initiatives and internal projects including but not limited to: Strategic Diversity Recruiting, Talent Branding, and ongoing process improvements for best practicesEnsure the recruiting process and employment actions are compliant with applicable regulations, executive orders, and other rules by such entities as the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), the Department of Labor (DOL), state and local government, and other relevant governing bodies

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must love recruiting!Possesses a strong interest in aligning HUB’s mission towards Diversity, Equity and Inclusion with diversity recruitment best practicesBachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience preferred2-5 years of high-volume experience in corporate recruiting and/or staffing agency experienceInsurance industry recruiting experience is a plusProven ability to attract passive candidates and build proactive pipelines through social media outlets, cold calling, and networkingMust be able to work autonomously but be team-oriented, collaborative, and flexible as we shift responsibilities to best support the region and human resources teamCustomer-focused with exceptional organizational skills, communication and follow up skills, strong attention to detailTrack record of developing and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with clients at all levels of the organization across multiple office locationsKnowledge of LinkedIn and social media recruiting sites. LinkedIn Recruiter seat and InMail experience is a plusApplied experience with applicant tracking systems and other human resources related technologies, Workday experience is a plusExcellent initiative and intuitivenessStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and OutlookProfessional in Human Resources (PHR) or Society of Human Resource Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation desirable but not requiredAbility to travel occasionally within the region (less than 20%)
