Bancroft is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources department.  

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for end-to-end recruitment at Bancroft, including sourcing, attracting recruiting, screening/interviewing, and on-boarding employees to our organization.

Direct and manage full cycle recruiting efforts, including talent sourcing, candidate evaluation and screening, interview process, offer negotiation, and close process.Identify diverse, top-level talent within the organization’s primary markets through sourcing methods which include direct sourcing, networking, job boards, referrals, on-line resources and professional associations.Creates and fosters relationships with colleges and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit students/alumni and diverse candidates.Strategically partner with hiring managers to support recruiting initiatives and coordinate interview process.Lead recruitment for corporate and clinical departments, partnering with hiring managers on recruitment strategies and execution. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field requiredPrior recruiting experience in a high-volume environment required.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong relationship building skills requiredGood problem-solving skills and ability to build a consultative approach with hiring managers necessary
