**Job Description:** Under the direct supervision of the Manager of Recruitment, the Talent Acquisition Partner, is responsible for aligning business objectives and recruitment efforts with management of assigned business units. This position serves as a consultant to management on employment related issues and recruitment efforts. The role assesses effective and efficient review of applications in accordance with the hospital's hiring policies and procedures and applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This is a high-volume, highly visible role and the incumbent must exhibit exceptional customer service skills, excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment handling competing priorities. The incumbent must be very detail oriented. This position is eligible to work remotely. **Position Requirements:** **Minimum Education:** Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. **Minimum Experience:** Five years of HR/Recruiting experience and knowledge in all areas related to employment and recruitment, experience in a union environment preferred. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** Working knowledge of employment, federal and state employment laws and regulations. Ability to manage multiple projects. Ability to adapt well to changing priorities, deadlines and directions. Ability to follow set procedures and ensures accuracy in documentation and data. Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail. Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques in order to guide hiring managers. Excellent human assessment skills. Ability to work independently with minimal direction. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Demonstrates reliability and professionalism. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to write creative/professional job postings. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Technical Knowledge: Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Prior experience with Human Resources Information Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems preferred. **Physical Requirements:** Sit: Up to 8 hours/day Stand/Walk: 3-6 hours Bend/Stoop: Up to 3 hours Reach: Up to 3 hours Rep Use of UE/Grasp: Up to 8 hrs Lift/Push/Pull: 25 lbs This job requires the ability to hear alarms clients and/or instruction.
