Job Description
A client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team for a full-time opportunity. The client is dedicated to attracting, retaining, and developing top talent. We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the team and support our recruitment and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Recruitment:
- Assist in developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings and first-round interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Onboarding:
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
- Prepare and distribute onboarding materials and documentation.
- Schedule and conduct orientation sessions.
Candidate Management:
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events.
Administrative Support:
- Manage recruitment-related administrative tasks, including scheduling interviews, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing offer letters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of experience within Talent Acquistion/Staffing
Experience working for a Staffing Agency
Experience with ATS' systems (Greenhouse preferred)
Strong organizational skills and ability to follow recruiting processes
Experience in conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and completing onboarding
Ability to establish processes and track recruiting performance Experience recruiting Insurance based roles
Experience with technical recruiting (I.T and Engineering) null
