This includes sourcing potential applicants, evaluating their fit for the organization, and participating in or hosting designated job fairs to attract talent. The role may require flexible working hours. Responsibilities: Serves as the primary point of contact for managers during the hiring process, ensuring that job offers are extended efficiently and accurately to selected candidates.Oversees all vacant roles to ensure they are filled within established time-sensitive deadlines, actively managing timelines to meet organizational staffing goals.Ensures job offers are promptly extended to selected applicants, streamlining the process to secure top talent quickly and minimize delays in filling critical positions.Collects, organizes, and maintains employee satisfaction survey results, analyzing trends and feedback to support ongoing improvements in workplace culture and engagement. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration or a relevant field.Prior experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, or similar experience in an HR role Benefits and Perks: Competitive pay of $33-$36 per hourMedical Benefits via contractor planTraining & growth opportunityAbility to work for a government entity Your New Organization:The largest provider of community based behavioral health and IDD services in the State of Texas Your Career Partner: The Reserves Network, a veteran-founded and family-owned company, specializes in connecting exceptional talent with rewarding opportunities. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
