About the Team
The Talent Acquisition Partner for Corporate and Sales Functions is responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent to support the corporate and sales functions of the organization. This role will work closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to identify and recruit candidates who align with the company's culture and values. Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in full cycle talent acquisition experience with full-life-cycle recruiting for a software or technology company, recruiting for all levels of an organization.Strong understanding of the corporate and sales functionsProven ability to actively source and identify top talentBilingual in Spanish and EnglishOther Qualifications:
Strong understanding of the recruiting process and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.Proven ability to identify and source top talent.Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceCualificaciones básicas:
