Talent Acquisition Partner
The Talent Acquisition Partner ensures a seamless alignment of recruitment strategies with the needs of the business to drive outcomes. This caregiver translates business requirements into actionable hiring plans, proactively identifies potential risks and implements intervention strategies to maintain a reliable and efficient recruitment process. Additionally, this caregiver leads the recruitment strategy for the business, in partnership with area leadership and Human Resources, including but not limited to conducting needs analysis, facilitating conversion of roles, appropriate use of agency staffing and pipeline programs. This is the ideal role for an individual who is looking to shape the future of healthcare, with an active involvement in developing and carrying out talent acquisition strategies for one of the world's top-ranked healthcare organizations. This caregiver participates in operating and business reviews, leading cross-functional teams and taking full accountability for team goals and OKRs. **A caregiver in this role will work on-site, Monday-Friday, with some travel required.** A caregiver who excels in this role, will: + Act as the main point of contact for specific business units and the Caregiver Office (CGO), understanding needs and action plans. + Translate business needs into effective hiring plans, proactively identify areas of risk and intervention plans, ensuring a smooth and reliable recruitment process and experience. This includes but is not limited to requisition assignments, job intakes, success profiles, new caregiver starts. + Be responsible for managing client expectations and ensuring effective and efficient delivery, including escalation management for both the business and CGO. + Monitor agency usage and pipeline programs and support needs analysis. + Become strategically involved in operating and business reviews, acting as the recruitment Subject Matter Expert (SME). + Be responsible for meeting goals and ensuring talent acquisition support of assigned client areas. + Attend internal and external recruitment events. + Oversee people leader selection and other critical searches. Minimum qualifications for the ideal caregiver include: + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field + 8 years of progressive Recruitment, Operations or Human Resources experience required + Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, with a strong ability to inspire, motivate and hold team members accountable for achieving goals + Expertise in managing client expectations and delivering excellent service, including experience in escalation management and resolving complex issues + In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, including needs analysis, agency management and conversion of temporary roles to permanent positions + Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable hiring plans, with a track record of proactively identifying risks and implementing effective intervention strategies + Experience in conducting operating and business reviews, with a solid understanding of how recruitment strategies align with broader business objectives + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, including senior leadership Preferred qualifications for the ideal caregiver include: + Master's degree + Experience working in healthcare or a similar industry, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within healthcare + Experience using Workday software + Talent Acquisition, Sales or Human Resources certification + Experience in attending and representing the organization at industry events, with the ability to network and engage with potential candidates + Demonstrated ability to manage and oversee the selection process for leadership roles, ensuring the best fit for organizational culture and objectives + Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and support the team in achieving success Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
