You'll act as a strategic partner, leveraging data-driven insights to align our talent acquisition with company goals and culture. From managing recruitment forecasts to building proactive talent pipelines and championing DE&I and employer branding initiatives, you'll play a crucial role in our success. Plus, you'll enhance candidate experience and recruitment efficiency through innovative global processes, standards, IT tools, and policies.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Strategic Partnership: Understand business needs and proactively matching talents by collaborating closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to anticipate future hiring needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
+ Recruitment Forecasting: Align recruitment forecasts with business goals by analyzing workforce trends and collaborating with business leaders to ensure recruitment efforts meet organizational objectives.
+ Workforce Planning: Support data-driven workforce planning by providing insights and recommendations based on market trends, talent availability, and business needs.
+ Executive recruitment: Deliver executive recruitment by driving confidential pipelining and network-building activities, coordinating with external vendors (if needed), conducting assessments, and ensuring a seamless experience for senior-level candidates.
+ Project Management: Lead recruitment projects to improve processes by designing and implementing innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
+ Talent Advisory: Provide strategic insights to leadership by offering expert advice on talent acquisition strategies, market trends, and best practices.
+ Material Preparation: Prepare reports and business cases for leadership by compiling data, creating presentations, and delivering compelling narratives that support strategic decision-making.
+ Education and Training: Educate recruiters on key roles and processes by conducting training sessions, sharing best practices, and providing ongoing support to ensure a high level of expertise within the team.
+ Expertise Integration: Connect global CoE agenda with business context by aligning talent acquisition strategies with broader HR initiatives and ensuring a cohesive approach to talent management.
+ Market Knowledge: Provide insights on market trends and talent availability by staying informed about industry developments, conducting market research, and sharing findings with stakeholders.
+ Roadmap Design: Design and execute talent engagement measures by developing comprehensive plans that outline key activities, timelines, and goals for building and maintaining strong talent pipelines.
**What You Bring:**
+ Proven Expertise talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment, with a track record of successfully managing recruitment projects and executive searches on regional or global outreach.
+ Strategic Vision, ability to understand business needs and align talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals.
+ Analytical Prowess with experience in using data to drive decision-making and improve recruitment processes.
+ Communication Mastery, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
